Covid-19 has placed extraordinary demands on our environment, resources, value system and emotional and physical reserves, as we adapt in the best we know how, to the "new normal." The need to develop mental, emotional and physical fortitude has never been greater, and we all need someone in our corner to pick us up when we fall, give us an ear to listen to and equip us with sound advice and resilience building tools. This wellness bootcamp is designed to support you and help you develop the mental, emotional and physical skills to get you through these tough times and indeed, to be used throughout your life. In this 12 week programme, you will receive bi weekly lessons on this platform, related to 4 themes that run for 3 weeks each. They are: 1. Finding your why (exploring your innermost purpose for embarking on a lifestyle change. 2. Mental and emotional well-being: building the mental and emotional resolve to thrive. 3. Nutrition: developing healthy habits YOUR way, for life long sustainability. 4. Exercise: Developing the physical fortitude to fight disease (both chronic and acute) and live a life of vitality, by making exercise a natural part of everyday life. You will learn the skills to slowly and progressively make healthy living a habit, with all the resources and support you need to succeed.
